Can you ship a single roll express mail, followed up by a case order?
If you are in a bind, chances are we have an existing customer close by and could arrange for a you too borrow a roll to see you through. We have customers throught the USA and Hawaii. Call one of our Product Specialists at (800) 759-2020.
What are you normal shipping costs?
You will receive an estimated shipping charge online for UPS shipments but actual shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipping. For shipments sent via UPS, we only charge the published UPS rates with the minimum shipping charge of $5.00 Shipping charges for items shipped via the US Postal Service will be calculated at the time of shipping.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Orders received before 4:00PM EST. will be shipped the same day. Orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated. We are located centrally in Denver, Colorado, Allow one to six business days for your order to arrive. For faster service, you can request Next Day Air service or 2nd Day Air Service when you place your order.
What if I cannot find my product in your catalog?
We only list high volume items in our catalog. However we have one of the largest stock of hard to find ribbons and paper. Call one of our Product Specialists at (800) 759-2020 and if we do not have it in stock, we will source it for you.

What is your return policy?
Please read the policy below before requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- No returns will be authorized or accepted unless prior approval has been granted by e-pos-supplies.
- All returns must be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- A Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days of invoice date.
- Only full cartons will be accepted for return.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging.
- If we ship the incorrect item, we will pay the costs of return shipping the wrong item, and if required will ship the correct item to you.
